A highly efficient and transparent luminescent solar concentrator based on a nanosized metal cluster luminophore anchored on polymers

Abstract
Measurements and an optical model show that polymer-bound metal clusters remain uniformly dispersed and emit light at wavelengths that avoid repeated absorption. The validated model estimates the efficiency of a window-sized plate that directs light to solar cells along its edges.
